Kabusecha is higher grade tea leaves, it's in between Sencha and Gyokuro.
This Kabusecha is harvested once a year just like Gyokuro, it also shade-grown 20 days before harvested just like Gyokuro, ordinary Kabusecha only cover for 10 days. Kabusecha is machine harvested like Sencha. Kabusecha is also consider one of higher grade tea in Japan.
Kabusecha has more "umami" taste just like Gyokuro due to the covering process.
Brewing Instruction:
Kabusecha's grade is between Sencha and Gyokuro, its brewing temperature also in between Sencha and Gyokuro. Use 70C water and brew for about 2 minutes.
