Kabusecha Green tea is high grade tea between Sencha and Gyokuro. Kabusecha is shaded-grown tea therefore it has lower astringency than Sencha, and slight sweetness closer to Gyokuro. Although Kabysecha is grown in covered farm, but the intensity of sun light blocked is lower and the period length of covering is shorter.
Kabusecha green tea leaves are very fragrant and has complex taste. At warm it has stronger taste and slight astringent. As it cool down it has slight floral taste and reduced astringency. Suitable for those who love Sencha but wish to have extra sweetness.

For first infusion, use 80C water for 1 minutes, 1g tea leaves for 100ml water. During second infusion, brew with same temperature but only for few seconds.
