Lapsang Souchong can be considered as the ancestor of black tea, its mainly produced in China. Lapsang Souchong are smoke-dried over pinewood fire. Because of the smoke-dried process, the tea leaves has darker colour and a distinctive smoky flavour. During old time, Lapsang Souchong were consumed together with dishes or meat, it is now become one of the top Chinese Tea in China.
Benefits of Lapsang Souchong:
Take 2g tea leaves, brew with 85-90C water for 10-15 seconds. Second infusion about 20-25 seconds.
