India is one of the world largest black tea producer, and India is famous for its high quality tea production due to its unique weather and geography.
This Assam tea is a produced with orthodox processing method (whole tea leaf is maintained), and uses the Pekoe System for grading.
International standard categorized black tea grade depend on quality and condition of the tea leaves. In general, the closer the tea leaf to the bud tip, the higher the tea grade. As showing in the picture below, the tea leaf at the bud tip is the Flowery Orange Pekoe (FOP), which has the highest tea grade, and taste best.
Brewing Instruction :
Put 4g tea leaves into 200ml of hot water, steep for 2-3 minutes
